Skills required Experience working in a 247 operations support environment with highly complex distributed systems. Experience with incident management in an enterprise organization. Experience investigating, analyzing, and troubleshooting large scale enterprise systems. Demonstrated knowledge of network concepts, including various protocols TCPIP, UDP, and ICMP, MAC addresses, IP packets, DNS, OSI layers, and load balancing. Demonstrated knowledge of Unix and Linux systems from kernel to shell and incorporating system libraries, file systems, and clientserver protocols. Experience developing enterprise monitoring and tooling solutions including Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Graphite, Nagios, New Relic, Greylog, and HPOM. Demonstrated knowledge of at least one of the following cloud technologies AWS, AZURE, or OpenStack. Experience programming in at least one of the following languages Go, Java, Python, Ruby, or Shell.
