MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Masters degree in Architecture, or a related field or foreign degree equivalent and two years of experience in architectural design. Experience must include six months of experience in each of the followingbr 1. Applying principles of architectural design, building material selection, construction methods, integration of engineering disciplines, and building costs and codes;br 2. Developing customized computational design solutions including building performance analysis and daylight simulation;br 3. Incorporating sustainable design strategies for architectural projects;br 4. Designing LEED or Greenstar certified projects;br 5. Using Integrated Project Delivery principles, including BIM management of multiple subconsultants and trade partners;br 6. Creating architectural designs and plans using CAD;br 7. Application of 2D3D modeling software platforms for 3D visualization;br 8. Researching products, detailing, and other materials for use in design;br 9. Designing to local code requirements; andbr 10. Using Revit, AutoCAD, RhinocerosGrasshopper, Vray, Enscape, Radiance, and EnergyPlus.br Experience may be gained concurrently.
