Specific Skills

Juris Doctor degree or foreign equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience with an international law firm representing multinational companies involved in anticorruption compliance efforts around the world. Stated experience must include at least 3 years of experience in each of the following conducting anticorruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act FCPA investigations for companies being investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice; assisting with counseling clients on ongoing compliance with the FCPA and international anticorruption laws; drafting anticorruption compliance policies and procedures for clients in multiple industries; assisting with advising clients on the impact of compliance on penalties imposed by U.S. enforcement agencies; and assisting with managing interactions between client companies and FCPA monitors imposed by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Stated experience must also include travel to international locations to test and monitor the companys anticorruption programs and policies and participation in independent reporting and anticorruption reporting obligations arising out of resolutions with the DOJ. Must be licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. Must also be willing to travel 5 domestically and 20 internationally. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
