Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or related field 7 years of systems analyst experience. In lieu of a Bachelors degree as stated, employer will also accept 9 years of systems analyst experience. Prior experience must include 7 years in the following preparing requirement documentation; working with SQL; analyzing ERP Financial systems including PeopleSoft and Oracle; partnering with Product Owners to define requirements; coordinating the strategic direction of product features and related systembusiness processes; identifying impacts of changes across the application; prioritizing backlogs; applying knowledge of business and system capabilities to anticipate needs, address issues that arise, and deliver value to customers; working within SDLC processes; and writing requirements andor user stories with clear acceptance criteria and advise or prepare test plansscenarios.
