Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or Quantitative field and 10 years of experience in the following managing and developing direct reports including annual goals and objectives setting, defining priorities, providing regular coaching and feedback, conducting annual performance and behavioral reviews, overseeing career development plans, managing workload to ensure deliverables are met and providing needed methodological support including statistical analysis, and model programming; implementing statistical analyses for core and local economic model development including selecting appropriate statistical distribution to model parametric uncertainty, specifying the correct regression analysis for model parameters, least square mean regression, analysis of variance covariance, repeated measures analysis, and leveraging deep knowledge of advanced survival analyses, including parametric survival curve fitting on patient level data; using excel with visual basic to develop automated processes, and software such as treeage pro, r, sas, stata, or winbugs for model development and data analysis; using advanced mathematical and statistical methods in health economics modeling performing monte carlo simulations, partitioned survival analysis, probabilistic sensitivity analysis and optimization methods; identifying, planning and developing core and local economic models meeting global, regional and local hta needs by using knowledge of worldwide health technology assessment hta systems and requirements and recommendations from scientific associations ispor; and supporting direct payer engagements and negotiations with presentations of economic analyses to national hta agencies and private payers and address payer questions providing technical clarifications, complementary data, or scenario analyses.
