Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field plus one year or Bachelors degree plus five progressive years of IT testing experience. Must have at least one year of each of the following 1. Designing IT test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures; 2; Oversee test IT projects including the design, development, and execution of test strategies and plans to ensure they are aligned with IT standards; 3. Documenting software defects using a bug tracking system and reporting defects to software developers; 4. Identifying, analyzing, and documenting problems with program function, output, online screen, and content; 5. Developing testing programs that address database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error and bug retests, and usability; 6. Preparing status reports, communicating IT security risks, and coordinating issue resolution, defect tracking, and defect triage activities; 7. Performing test automation, manual testing, and Webservices testing; and 8. Knowledge of programming in C, operating systems, advanced DBMS, and network and internet performance.
