MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Masters degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Assurance, or related technical field, or its equivalent, plus 2 years of relevant pre or postMasters experience in a customerfacing environment in the information technology industry. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Assurance, or related technical field, or its equivalent, plus 5 years of relevant experience in a customerfacing environment in the information technology industry.br br MUST HAVE 2 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for customers; 2 years of experience working on and managing enterprise scale projects; 2 years of implementation experience with web delivery technologies including HTTP, DNS, TCP, Web Server and Web Application languages; demonstrated knowledge of cloud infrastructures and technologies and internet technologies; experience in a customer facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment and large enterprise account management, where an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction was successfully demonstrated; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
