Specific Skills

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Business Administration, or closely related field 8 years of work experience in an aviation environment with emphasis on quality engineering. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, 10 years of work experience in an aviation environment with an emphasis on quality engineering also accepted. Prior experience must also include working in Quality Management Systems AS9100 and utilizing Federal Aviation Administration FAA Code of Federal Regulations title 14. Must possess at least one of the following certifications FAA Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative DMIR Certificate of Designation; FAA Airframe and Power Plant License; Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license; or Transport Canada Ministers Delegation Aircraft Maintenance and Manufacturing license. Up to 25 domestic and international travel required.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.br br NOTE TO CERTIFYING OFFICER The primary requirement of a Bachelors degree plus 8 years of experience and the alternative requirement of no Bachelors degree plus 10 years of experience have an equivalent SVP of 10.
