Specific Skills
Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering any or in related field and three 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer, Black Belt or in a related engineering occupation. Experience must have included three 3 years of experience with the following Six Sigma methodology to develop costeffective solutions to run production, materials, safety, and quality project; Application of lean manufacturing tools such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard work, SMED, Pokayoke, or work balance to improve process, reduce expenses and increase production; Application of statistical tools, including Design of Experiment DOE fractional factorial, Capability Analysis, Control Charts, Nonparametric test, hypothesis testing, and GRR to improve process, reduce expenses and increase production; and, one 1 year of experience with the following Application of TPM concepts such as OEE, MTBF, or MTTR to drive process improvements; and, providing training to team members and mentoring on application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.br br Up to 20 of national travel required.
