Related experience must include 4 years combined using Atoll, Planet, Pathloss Microwave Design, MapInfo, Arc GIS, and traffic and capacity forecasting to analyze Macro and Small Cell network layers combined or individually; Four years required in each of the following areas Developing RFDS, CIQ, Interference matrix analysis, Pathloss analysis, frequency planning, traffic management and spreading, Multivendor radio network and microwave network element managers, equipment command line, counters and KPIs including CDMA, UMTS, LTE and VoLTE technologies, frequency refarming, carrier additions, drive test routes planning, repeater equipment, DAS systems, network integration support, zoning codes to perform technical approval of carrier addition clusters, experience in FDD and TDD networks, carrier aggregation, individual search rings and their candidates for new macro and small cell solutions, new site builds, and special COWs; Experience using IEEE standards 4 years, including CDMA, UMTS, LTE, LTEA features, and Spectrum Bands 4 years to perform spectrum border analysis, develop containment plans, and propose parameter changes; 1 year using Alteryx and 4 years using Excel to profile high volumes of data, analyze profiles, and apply them as standards in coverage and quality for network design and optimization phases, and 4 years combined using Root cause, Eisenhower matrix, and Pareto to identify loops, fallouts, and improvement areas in data information flows in RAN databases; Experience using Alteryx 4 years, advanced excel formulas 4 years, VB script for macro generation 4 years, and Microsoft Access 4 years, to develop tools for auditing, evaluating KPIs, profiling and comparing large amount of datasets, automating tasks and developing strategy, and quickly automating highlevel design of solutions; 4 years combined using Root cause, Eisenhower matrix, Pareto, postmortem, Alteryx, and Excel to evaluate problems by cluster, market, or region level and communicate with other regional teams for improvement efforts and problem solving; Experience using verbal and written communication skills 4 years and Power Point 4 years to generate executive reports, including coverage quality, solutions sets, network improvements, design process and strategies, and best practices; 4 years combined using process standardization and prioritization to create guidelines for equipment and configuration selection most suitable for improving network conditions in coverage, quality, or capacity according to regional layout; 4 years using VB Script for Macro generation to develop and support processes on multidatabase correlation for metric improvement; Experience using MOP generation 4 years and knowledge sharing 4 years to conduct knowledge sharing sessions, support one to one or team based sessions, and discuss solutions and new features of tools with national RF team and vendors.
