Position requires Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering 8 years of engineering experience in an optical fiber and preform manufacturing setting. Must include following experience 5 years designing VAD optical fiber preform processes; 2 years designing and developing MCVD deposition processes; 4 years working with silicone materials properties; 4 years developing fiber core doping profiles; and 5 years leading engineering and development project teams. Position requires 2030 domestic and international China travel. Position does not have foreign language requirement.
