With Dreamwears leading design and premium quality, its products have been featured in many fashion magazines, including People Style Watch, Arizona Weddings, etc. As Dreamwears operations are gigantic, the company requires a highly skilled Operations Analyst to analyze sales and expense data to evaluate the companys system, to research on financial projection and business operations, as well as to prepare various quantitative reports to provide critical recommendations and assistance to the senior management. While performing related data analysis, the Operations Analyst candidate will be tasked with leveraging a variety of highly specialized knowledge, such as Multiple Regression, Discriminant Analysis, Factor Analysis, Time Series Analysis, etc. As the duties of Dreamwears Operations Analyst is of high complexity and the position of Operations Analyst is critical to Dreamwears overall operations, it is NECESSARY for the company to set masters degree as the minimum educational requirement for entry of the position, as four years of undergraduate training cannot meet Dreamwears standard.
