Also requires experience with each of the following property risk assessment or property risk analysis; retrieving and entering information using various proprietary software applications; property loss prevention or risk engineering; creating and modifying documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite, specifically navigating and manipulating complex Statement of Values spreadsheets; applying NFPA Codes, including but not limited to NFPA 13, 25,30, 30B, 652,and 654; applying FM Global Data sheets, including but not limited to 89, 729, 731, 732, 326, 129, 798; engineering evaluations of sprinkler systems, site water supplies, chemical storage, dust hazards, wall and roof construction, machineryequipment, and roof integrity; sprinkler system diagrams, hydraulic calculations, fire pump calculations and fire pumptest results; calculating accurate insurance loss estimates such as Normal Loss Expectancies NLEs, Probable Maximum Loss Expectancies PMLsand Maximum Foreseeable Loss Expectancies MFLs; classifying exposures from natural hazards flood, earthquake, hurricanes and hail and calculating respective loss expectancies for underwriting; reviewing plans of new construction in accordance with NFPA codes and presenting recommendations to clients as applicable; the following tools Corelogic RiskMeter, SwissRe CatNet, FEMA including Flood Insurance Studies, USGS, National Levee Database, Marshall Swift evaluations, and SprinkCalc; and interpreting CAD diagrams.
