Specific Skills

Masters degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus two years or Bachelors degree plus five progressive years of electronic motor control drive design experience. Must have two years of experience in each of the following 1. Designing and testing electronics hardware for 1HP motors; 2. Designing hardware for electronics component selection for microcontroller, Opamps, Transistors, ADCDAC, and Opto couplers; 3. Conducting EMCEMI, Surge, ESD, and line transient testing; 4. Programming microcontrollers using Assembly and C programming languages; 5. Testing board integration with motors and applications; 6. Utilizing piecewise simulation, Logic Analyzers, 2GHz Scopes, Surge ECAT system, ESD, Line transient, and conducted EMI equipment; 7. Designing circuits for BLDC Brushless DC and Axial Flux motors; 8. Designing power electronics with line filters, PFC, and HBridge, MOSFETIGBT driver selection, EMI filters, Bus caps selection for up to 1HP BLOC motor, and intelligent module IC selection; and 9. Soldering and debugging 3phase high voltage power electronic circuits using oscilloscope and power meters. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
