This position requires a bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT field and 5 years of related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. Must have five years of experience in architecting, designing, and building scalable electronic or IT infrastructure and platforms aligned to business and technology strategies. Must have two years of experience using scrum and Agile, project management methodology, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL to manage global teams and IT platforms. Must have 12 months of experience managing global external and internal teams of IT executives and directors, seniorlevel developers, and engineers. Must have 12 months of experience leading the digital transformation and design of IT technology organizations to support strategic direction of platforms, applications, and inhouseexternal expertise for a mature business in the alcohol or tobacco industry. Must have 12 months of experience analyzing and implementing advanced technologies, vendor capabilities, best practices, and trends to drive the technology strategy of a global business. Must have 12 months of experience with the application of global business processes Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics and the technology stacks that support them from planning to execution i.e., from enterprise resource planning to field technology services and analysis of technology to meet industry requirements.
