Iapetus Holdings, LLC owns 90 of Clymene Management Services of which Mr. Singh has a 1.10 interest Mr. Taylor has an additional 8.65. Iapetus owns 90 and Clymene owns 10 of Atlas Field Services LLC. These indirect ownership interests certainly do not represent a controlling interest in the company. He was not a founderincorporator of Atlas Field Services, LLC or its parent companies, and he is not on the board of directors.
