She is also eligible to take the patent bar and obtain recognition to practice in patent matters before the USPTO. Additionally, she possesses in excess of four years of experience as a Scientific Analyst, Patent Agent or a similar role. Specifically, she has been employed as a Scientific Analyst at Morrison Foerster LLP since July 27 2015. Her experience includes assisting more senior staff with preparation and prosecution of patent applications, patent strategy counseling and portfolio management, as well as with IP due diligence including freedomtooperate and patentability analyses, and due diligence for corporate transactions, technology transfers, and investments.br br Please note that the position of Scientific Analyst is not substantially comparable to the position of MidLevel Biotechnology Patent Agent as the positions require the performance of different job duties in excess of 50 of the time.
