Specific Skills

The two 2 years of design experience must include experience with the following 1 AutoCAD, 2D and 3D Software, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam Revue, Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, and proficiency in all design phases in Revit; 2 Developing all design stages of large, complex projects; 3 Producing construction documents, specification documents, and administering construction contracts; 4 Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including external consultant and internal design and brand design teams; 5 Full project lifecycle, through postoccupancy; 6 Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures; and 7 Experience in core shell and interior buildouts. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience. Two 2 years of the five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience must include experience with the following 1 AutoCAD, 2D and 3D Software, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam Revue, Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, and proficiency in all design phases in Revit; 2 Developing all design stages of large, complex projects; 3 Producing construction documents, specification documents, and administering construction contracts; 4 Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including external consultant and internal design and brand design teams; 5 Full project lifecycle, through postoccupancy; 6 Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures; and 7 Experience in core shell and interior buildouts.
