3 years of experience in a plant layout design position in the cement or mineral processing industry. 3 years of experience with each of the following generating layouts for cement and mineral processing plants, including developing 2D and 3D models with AVEVA PDMS, and reviewing mechanical and civil drawings; incorporating bulk material movers, fans, bag houses, pneumatic conveyor systems, process duct work, crushers, and screening into cement and mineral processing plant layouts; creating 3D modelbased design concepts for cable trays, water supplies, lubrication systems, and compressed air systems for cement and mineral processing plants. Experience developing one greenfield cement or mineral processing plant layout design project from proposal to launch. Experience serving on one retrofit project for a cement or mineral processing plant, including analyzing asbuilt structures and ensuring that new equipment can be properly installed and operated as budgeted. Experience can be acquired concurrently.br br This is a key plant layout design position with thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions USA, Inc., responsible for generating 2D and 3D plant layouts for cement and mineral processing plants in accordance with client specifications and scheduling and budgetary requirements. Because this is a key and critical position, requiring extensive knowledge of, as well as experience with, applicable concepts and issues, a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or foreign equivalent, and 3 years of experience in a plant layout design position in the cement or mineral processing industry, is required.
