Position requires Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications 5 years of progressive experience in CC programming for the design and development of wireless communication protocols. Must include 2 years of experience developing RRM software on Linux platforms using GSM, UMTS, CDMA, or LTE radio interface protocols; experience writing design documents for the implementation of 3GPP specifications, including RRC; experience implementing layered 3GPP protocol stacks on resource constrained embedded processors using multithreaded programming models; experience writing software for endtoend procedures used in cellular voice and data call establishment, mobility, and interworking with 3GPP core network entities; and experience utilizing IP protocol stack software on Linux platforms. Experience is evaluated in terms of progressive experience in CC programming for the design and development of wireless communication protocols regardless of title used.
