Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering from an ABETaccredited university, and a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized accredited program, plus three years related experience. Three years related experience must include experience in structural engineering, designing, planning, and analysis of general buildings, including commercial, multistory residential, and industrial. Must be a registered Engineer in Training EIT. Must have experience with structural analysis software, such as RAM and STAAD Pro and have an indepth understanding of mechanics of materials and structural theories. Must have demonstrated ability to prepare site floor plans, detailed interior drawings, building cross sections and elevations, presentation drawings, furniture and utility layouts for multistory residential, commercial, and industrial buildings using AutoCAD Revit, or comparable tools. Must have experience in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as Revit and Tekla. Must be functional in utilizing spreadsheets, word processing, Bluebeam Revu or comparable tool, and general computer operations.
