Prior experience must include consulting on the following topics strategy and growth, including digitization and Industry 4.0; restructuring and turnaround; manufacturing and operations improvement; plant layout optimization; cost efficiency, including product cost reduction; value sourcing across direct, indirect and logistic spend; and organizational effectiveness, including postmerger integration and spans layers analysis.
