Specific Skills

Requires two years experience in commissioning, startup, troubleshooting and design of nonferrous wire drawing and cable drawing machinery and systems. Experience must include PLC program code development, troubleshooting and modification for Siemens S7 controls, BR Bernecker Rainer controls, and Allen Bradley controls; and experience with Siemens, Lenze, Lust, Yaskawa and Rockwell drive controllers. Experience must include process technology for wire drawing, stranding, cabling and galvanic plating. All experience must relate directly to nonferrous wire and cable drawing machinery.
