Specific Skills

Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a closely related field of study, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or as an Actuarial Analyst, or similar position. Specific experience must include 3 years in Property and Casualty insurance; 2 years in building generalized linear model; and 1 year in commercial insurance including experience working with large account underwriters. Specific experience must also include each of the following SAS; VBA; Advanced Excel; building insurance claims frequency and severity and reserving model; and leading crossfunctional insurance modeling project. Must be an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society ACAS. Must be willing to occasionally travel within the U.S. Please note Ms. Du was admitted as an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society ACAS on November 12, 2018, prior to joining Zurich.
