Bachelors Degree in Engineering plus seven years of related experience; or in the alternative, ten years related experience. Must have certification in welding or related discipline e.g. American Welding Society AWS, Certified Welding Inspector CWI, Institute for Supply Management ISM or relevant geographical equivalent certification. Must have demonstrated working knowledge of the following National and International Codes and Standards, including ISO 9001 for Quality Systems, ASME for welders, IEEE for electrical requirements, ASTM for materials, ASNT for Non Destructive Examinations, NEMA codes for Lighting and lightning protections, codes for AC DC installation, NFPA fire protection systems codes, AWWA for water systems, and NACE code for Coating and Painting Systems. Must have demonstrated experience working with the following Quality Management Systems, Non Destructive Examinations NDEs, project budget process and related tools, project controls, risk assessmentmanagement, Construction Project Management Systems, Auditing Quality Management Systems, Conceptual planning, and construction contracting strategies and contract administration. Must have demonstrated ability to read Erection Drawings such as GAs, PIDs, Oneline electrical drawings, and Isometrics. May be required to travel to project sites up to 85 of the time. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English. All applicants must be able to complete preemployment onboarding requirements if selected which may include anyall of the following criminalcivil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
