Continued from Item H.10B Position requires minimum 2 years Item H.10A of accounting experience in carrying out the following duties and skills Prepare, review and file federal and state income tax returns, including complex tax returns for individuals, businesses including CCorps, SCorps, and Partnerships, nonprofit organizations and trusts by utilizing Drake and Lacerte tax software. Prepare, review and file international tax forms for individuals and corporations including FinCen 114, Form 8938, Form 5471, and Form 5472. Prepare and review financial statements. Prepare and file state franchise tax reports, annual reports, and sales and use tax reports. Prepare and review clients tax liability projections and tax planning. Assist business clients with company registration, reinstatement and business dissolution. Communicate with tax authorities and respond to tax notices. Utilize knowledge and research skills on tax laws and regulations to determine appropriate tax treatment of issues. Position requires Texas CPA license or eligibility to sit for the Texas CPA examinations.
