In lieu of Masters degree, employer will accept Bachelors degree in above listed fields plus 5 years of progressive work experience in senior financial and operational leadership positions. Experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.br br BUSINESS NECESSITY The position requires the above listed academic qualifications and work experience in order for the Chief Financial Officer to be capable of performing the subject job duties detailed above in a normally accepted manner. The nature of the position requires providing advanced capabilities in solving complex business problems and creating solutions for the companys core areas. Understanding the process and problemsolving techniques for business processes are key to the offered position. The subject position is not a runofthe mill or even entry level position. Rather, this position requires multifaceted and complex job duties that involve coordinating projects, taking responsibility for projects, and communicating with senior management and other departments both formally and informally to ensure that their needs and requirements are met. Such position requires the above preparation and related skills which cannot be obtained during a reasonable period of onthejob training.br br NO FAMILIAL RELATIONSHIPS Please note that there are no familial relationships between parties with ownership interests in the sponsoring organization and the foreign worker, and there is no investment in the sponsoring employer by the foreign worker.
