Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related or equivalent. Requires two 2 years of testing and application experience of AntiLock Braking Systems ABS, Electronic Stability Control ESC, Hill Start Assist HSA, and AntiRoll Protection ARP systems to include two 2 years limit handling of both low and high center of gravity passenger vehicles passenger cars and SUVTrucks on both low and high mu surfaces; Vehicle Diagnostic tools; CAN architecture; debugging vehicle level electrical, CAN and other issues relating to Electronic Braking Systems; evaluating Electronic Brake System Requirements and developing test plans from requirements; debugging C code; using Vector CANalyzer and CAPL; developing motorcycle ABS systems; developing ABS systems on commercial trucks; and installing and maintaining instrumentation equipment pressure transducers, accelerometers, force transducers, potentiometers, and wiring harnesses. Requires valid drivers license any state or international at time of hire. Requires at least 40 US travel for vehicle development, customer technical support and to perform test driving at test tracks.
