Experience specified must also include 1 year of experience with each of the following MA transaction experience conducing due diligence and closing the transaction in the insurance sector; building rating models to price specialty insurance products including ocean marine and environmental liability; and working with the US regulatory framework, experience with product state licensing process, and NAIC proforma financials.
