Must have six 6 years of progressively responsible experience within Real Estate and Private Equity with all of the following Real Estate Property Management, Investment Management, and Accounting products such as Yardi, MRI, Investran, and eFront; Ability to work on Real EstatePrivate Equity applications in different roles including Subject Matter Expert, Administrator, Developer, and Business Analyst; Capturing business requirements, creating documents, and designing and developing solutions using available technologies to fit in the vendor product framework; Designing and developing Desktop and Web applications using C#, VB.Net, VB 6.0, and VBA Macros; Database development experience with SQL Server and Oracle; Writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions; Designing schemas and documentation like ER diagrams; Proficiency on Investran modules including Report Wizard, Investran Web, Reporting Services, Business Events, and Active Templates; Providing business user support on different Investran modules; Developing complex Investran reports using Investran OLEDB, SSRS and application developing using Investran SDK, C#, and Investran Business Event Framework; and Developing database reports using various reporting technologies such as crystal and SSRS. Must also have one 1 year of experience with all of the following Configuring and customizing CRM applications including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics; Configuring and customizing the CRM applications by writing custom code using Microsoft technologies and Salesforce Apex, triggers, validation rules, and Lightning web components; and Creating realtime, ondemand, and scheduled interfaces between various systems by using different technologies.
