Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in the following 1. Custom Circuit Design, interpreting schematic, creating netlist and writing SPICE measurements. 2. Static Timing Analysis concepts and applications including setup, hold, timing closure, access time and cycle time. 3. Simulation based characterization of timing paths for standard cells and macros. 4. Silicon reliability aspects including electro migration and IR drop, aging NBTI, PBTI and HCI, and on chip statistical variation. 5. Silicon correlation with characterized data to create test patterns for Silicon characterization, and verify and trend timing data. 6. Implementing and automating flows using scripting languages like Perl, Python, and Tcl. Experience must be progressively responsible.
