MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Must have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in Tax. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field and 3 years of work experience in Tax.br br Must have 3 years of experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, and postacquisition planning.br br Must have 2 years of experience supervising teams consisting of one or more staff members.br br Must have 1 year of experience supervising the planning and execution of projects, including managing budgets.br br Must have active CPA certification or sufficient courseworkexperience requirements as determined by state Board of Accountancy to obtain CPA certification within one year of hire; OR be a member of a US State Bar.br br Requires domestic travel up to 20 in order to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
