Prior experience must include 2 years of experience with Performing Credit Analysis, including analyzing a companys financial position, evaluating historical cashflow, assessing the maturity profile of total borrowings and the ability to refinance in the future. Building and reviewing financial models, including operating models, MA models, and LBO valuations and models. Reviewing legal documents that support financial transactions. Analyzing a clients exposure to a variety of financial markets, including interest rates, inflation, currencies, commodities and equities, as well as determining the potential impact on a clients financial metrics, including EBITDA, interest expense, EPS, leverage, enterprise value and IRR. Preparing presentations in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint to review deals with senior bankers, investment committees and rating agencies. Liaising with rating agencies and capital market specialists in connection with the structuring, pricing and distribution of bonds and loans. Facilitating and managing communication flow between various stakeholders during loan closing and securitization process, including lender and borrower counsel, third party diligence providers, accountants, rating agencies, and investors. Developing financial models and complex presentations related to various topics including but not limited to business strategy and corporate finance, using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Working on teams to provide financial advice to companies on complex financial transactions. Recruiting, training and guiding junior bankers in generating content, presenting to clients, and pricing and executing derivative transactions. Utilizing Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Bloomberg, to develop effective internal and external presentations, create financial models, as well as analyze data. Travel required approximately 20 of the time internationally and domestically to attend client meetings.
