Must have five 5 years of progressively responsible experience with financial statement analytics including Economatica; linking variable compensation to business strategy on Annual Incentive Plan, Long Term Incentives, and Sales Effectiveness; conducting business directly with local and international diverse Board of Directors; understanding accounting principles and mechanics for the different vehicles in longterm incentive plans including stock options, stock grants, performance awards, and phantom programs; severance programs design and calculation; evaluating job positions, determining classification, exempt or nonexempt status, and salary; ensuring company compliance with reporting requirements; preparing occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales; providing advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints; and preparing reports, including organization and flow charts, and career path reports to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field plus two 2 years of experience in the above. The employer will accept pre or postMasters degree experience.
