Bachelors degree in textile engineering, material design, or merchandising and five years of overall progressive experience in material, product, or color development. This experience must include five years of experience in the following 1 experience with team sport and licensing product creation to develop appropriate color solutions; 2 vendor and supplier management; 3 experience with color assessment and color fastness evaluations; 4 knowledge of color specific software, including spectrophotometer software, digital color approval software, and digital print review software; 5 knowledge of print and pattern techniques and development process; 6 reviewing and implementing UEFA regulations to ensure that contrast regulations of opposing team are met and visibility of names and numbers is ensured, and applying this knowledge during early stages of product development; 7 ensuring that color execution on team logos meets brand guidelines defined by sponsored licensed teams; and 8 performing color risk assessment with both internal and external partners.
