Complete requirements for the position are as follows Juris Doctor JD and a Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Bioengineering and two months of experience in patent litigation as a law clerk, summer associate, or attorney, and must be licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts and in the federal district court for Massachusetts. Ms. Wu also holds a Bachelors degree in Bioengineering from Rice University, Houston, Texas in May 2015. Ms.Wu is licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts License # 704069, obtained 11302018.Ms. Wu has over two months of experience in patent litigation as a law clerk, summer associate, or attorney and 2 months of experience in patent litigation involving medical devices, pharmaceutical compositions, treatment methods, or mechanical arts.
