In April 2015, Mr. Kochhar was awarded a Master of Science degree in Project Management by Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Therefore, Mr. Kochhar clearly meets the educational requirement for the position.br Mr. Kochhar readily meets the experience requirement through his prior experience as outlined below.br br Mr. Kochhar was employed as a Project Manager by Navasite Inc. in Andover, MA from April 1, 2015 to May 15, 2018. In this capacity, Mr. Kochhar successfully delivered 30 Software development, Business process improvements and Hybrid infrastructure projects. He led teams across technical and business disciplines to achieve desired results within provided budget. He mitigated risks through careful analysis of statistical data, anticipated and managed changes in rapidly growing business requirements to cater the needs of the stakeholders. He initiated and implemented the Agile framework in Software development and achieved reduction in delivery time and higher customer satisfaction. He coached the team in transitioning from traditional Waterfall to Agile software development. He maintained Kanban board along with Scrum to enhance visibility along with continuous flow in work. He conducted meetings between scrum teams to demonstrate product and gather feedback from business users. He interacted with stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document business requirements. He performed root cause analysis using historical trends to identify and mitigate project risks and ensured project success. He coached teams on writing effective users stories, defining acceptance criteria, DoR, and DoD. He led the Fast Track committee to deliver two months or less projects faster by reducing documentation and admin overhead. He served as a Project Manager. He prepared Functional Specification and sequencing of the Functional Requirements. He worked with the business and IT groups through project lifecycle.
