Required expertiseknowledge includesbr br Experience in Nutraceutical Pharmaceutical industry with working knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.br Knowledge of proof of concept PoC and analytical chemistry, screening, and process development studies for chromatographic purification with the help of analytical tools such as Thin Layer Chromatography TLC, High Pressure Liquid Chromatography HPLC and Gas Chromatography GC.br Experience in the use of design of experiment and statistical tools to interpret data, understand quality trends and plan for scale up of the Processes.br Experience in working with Engineering teams and vendors to design commercial scale production plants.br Experience in designing Process Flows and unit operation equipment.br Project management knowledge and skills, including ability to use Microsoft Project for project scheduling and task monitoring and Excel spreadsheet for budget development and control.br Manage Installation, qualification and startup activities for Nutraceutical Pharmaceutical facilities.br Assist customers with plant operation, training, process validation, and development of Standard Operating Procedures SOP and quality documents to maintain or achieve current Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP compliance.br Experience with the design and operation of utility systems such as water system, ethanol recovery, temperature control skid, and chemical storage.br Experience in the specification, design and operation of pumps, heat exchangers, separation columns, Ultrafiltration Nano filtration, piping, vessels, control valves and instruments.br Hands on and troubleshooting experience with process equipment and systems.br br br The years of experience listed in H.6 and H.10 do not apply to the required skills listed in this section.br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
