Prior experience must include five 5 years of experience with a Bachelors degree or three 3 years of experience with a Masters degree with Structuring, analyzing and executing MA transactions generally in excess of 1bn and financing deals generally in excess of 100mm on behalf of companies across multiple industries, including TMT; Constructing and reviewing complex financial models, including merger consequences analyses and discounted cash flow and LBO valuations, in order to develop key judgments; Managing live deal execution, including running due diligence processes, negotiating nondisclosure agreements and other legal documents with lawyers and key counterparties, organizing and attending deal and nondeal roadshows, and liaising with other investment banks; Supervising, guiding, and coordinating junior professionals work product, including reviewing financial modeling work and presentations prepared for live deals, corporate board meetings, investment banking pitches, and client service projects on corporate finance topics; and Supervising and reviewing memorandums required to gain internal approvals from typical investment banking committees. Prior experience must include one 1 year of experience with Presenting to CEOCFO level corporate clients on topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activities, and corporate governance issues at meetings and pitches and on conference calls; and Interacting with and leading dialogue when engaging with senior management, other senior bankers, and product experts to execute projects, provide updates and advice, and prepare presentation materials. FINRA Series 79 license required. Domestic and international travel required approximately 20 of time for client and industry meetings.
