Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or closely related field 10 years of experience working in an aviation environment, of which 7 years must be leadership experience. Prior experience must also include 7 years in each of the following providing supply chain, engineering, operations management, and quality support in an aviation environment; leading 15 member teams; applying engineering principles to support the development of aircraft components and systems; resolving technical issues in the production of aircraft; managing and implementing product changes in an aircraft production line; and working with cross functional material cost reduction.
