Prior work experience must include one and a half 1.5 years executing debt or equity financing transactions, and public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions; developing complex presentations and financial models using Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint, in particular in the financial institutions space; building and reviewing financial models including operating models, merger analysis, DCF and LBO valuations and models; working with other investment banking professionals to provide financial advice to companies on MA transactions, capital raising, and other complex financial transactions; presenting to senior client executives including the CEO and CFO on MA, corporate strategy and financing alternatives, in particular in the financial institutions space; and managing junior team members, while coordinating closely with senior teams and executives, in advising financial institutions and executing transactions.
