Must have a JD or LLM degree, or foreign equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience with complex energy and infrastructure finance and MA transactions in Latin America. Stated experience must include at least 5 years of experience in the following negotiating for both sponsorside and lenderside in the development and financing and in MA involving power, oil and gas, and infrastructure, and working as a project finance lawyer on complex international bankcreditor and sponsorinvestor matters, including projects valued individually in excess of 250 million in Latin America.
