Requirements include a Bachelors or a Masters U.S. or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business or related field; active FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses; and prior work experience which includes at least five 5 years of experience in each of the following advising clients including public and private corporates and private equity firms with enterprise values in excess of 150 million; developing relationships with key decision makers CLevel executives at investment banking clients; evaluating and executing strategic transactions in excess of 100 million including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spinoffs and joint ventures as well as financing and capital structure alternatives such as stock buybacks, special dividends, changes in dividend policy, equity offerings and recapitalizations; preparing and delivering presentations to senior executives and Boards of Directors of public and private companies; and preparing transaction documents, performing financial and business due diligence, liaising with financing, tax and legal specialists and performing valuation analyses. Prior work experience must also include at least two 2 years of experience with working in an investment banking position in the retail sector.
