Specific Skills

This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of data engineering experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 experience with data modules libraries in Python, R and SAS analytic programming languages; 2 experience with Geospatial Technologies such as ArcGIS or Python into analytics GIS; 3 experience implementing distributed ETL enablement technologies such as Containers AWS ECS or Azure Kubernetes and Serverless Environments AWS Lambda or Azure Functions; 4 experience implementing nonconventional storage solutions using databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres SQL or Hadoop Based stores such as AWS S3 or Azure Blob; 5 incorporate thirdparty API protocols to ingest webbased data into analytic data environment e.g.; Eloqua, USDA, forums, and twitter; and 6 multiple facets of software engineering including commandline application development Shell Bash, source control GIT, continuous integration, and automated deployment by employing best practices and employing basic project scaffolding approaches semantic versioning, security, and infrastructureascode. Employer will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program. This position also requires certifications in Marketing Analytics and Data ScienceMachine Learning.
