Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, Petroleum Engineering or related field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or 5 years of field seismic acquisition experience, including the use, interpretation, and troubleshooting of formation evaluation OH tools, pressure measurements, and the sampling of downhole pressure tools.br br Position also requires 5 years of experience with each of the followingbr br 1 Performing High Pressure fluid acquisition and sampling operations, fluid gradient analysis, gradient plotting, differentiation of fluid types, and reservoir fluid typing;br 2 Preparation of fluid samples for transportation, or High Pressure transfers on the rig, including sample Chamber analysis at surface to ensure samples are still at reservoir conditions, and meet the clients specifications for sample quality and integrity;br 3 Performance of prejob planning, and preparation of Seismic downhole tools, surface source systems, compressor systems, and run tools and acquire Seismic Surveys with downhole tools, including QC data, and ensuring validity of seismic data that has been acquired;br 4 Work with openhole wireline crews and logging tools with respect to functioning downhole hydraulic systems, mechanical and electrical systems, including assessment of equipment function at optimal conditions for the acquisition of the required data.br 5 Function test, and assemblage of complex uphole surface systems, function test, and assess status of those uphole systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair system if necessary.
