Must have 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation. Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following Analyzing and interpreting international tax treaties and conventions in crossborder and international tax planning for global clients, as well as income tax, wealth tax and inheritance tax laws and regulations for international clients; Analyzing and interpreting the implementation of asset protection and crossborder strategies for inbound and outbound investments for American and Latin American clients; Analyzing global tax compliance with global tax trends and international fiscal policies such as OECD BEPS; Researching legal and technical aspects of investments structures to ensure LATAM compliance requirements are met; Analyzing, designing and facilitating the implementation of international tax structures for tax efficiency, wealth preservation, asset protection and succession planning involving trusts, and SPVs; and Interpreting and supervising the implementation and ongoing compliance of international tax structures for global clients. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree in a stated field and 3 years of experience in meeting the minimum requirements. The employer will accept pre or post Masters degree experience. Spanish fluency oral and written required. 15 domestic international travel, as necessary.
