Masters degree in environmental engineering or related. Two years as an environmental engineer or related. Experience must include Design airsparging, biosparging, and Soil Vapor Extraction SVE remediation systems piping sizing, routing, and equipment specifications; prepare plans for soil excavation, onsite bioremediation, confirmation, sampling; insitu chemical injection, well hydrocarbon recovery, and thermal remediation; prepare remediation system permitting applications; prepare reports on operation and maintenance of remediation systems and associated emissions incl. water and vapor treatment, soil treatment; and experience with California Department of Toxic Substances Control, Regional Water Quality Control Board and Air Quality Management District.
