Prior experience must include seven 7 years of experience with Working in a financial accounting and transfer pricing role that requires the calculation and accounting of domestic and cross border revenue and expense transfers. Prior experience must include five 5 years of experience with Ensuring that books and records are maintained and accounting entries are posted and validated; and Leveraging Microsoft Excel, including functions such as PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP, or SUMIFs. Prior experience must include three 3 years of experience with Building transfer pricing analytics and providing management with impact of transfer pricing on the pre and posttax earnings and profitability; Working with transfer pricing data analytics by leveraging data visualization tools, which focus on trend, variance analysis and financial reporting; Interpreting the impact of new transfer pricing rules prescribed by the Tax Authorities in accordance with the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development OECD guidelines and applying those rules to operational transfer pricing; Performing financial modelling of transfer pricing including experience with modelling transfer pricing outcomes under various scenarios and under income and cost based approaches prescribed by different tax and regulatory bodies; Contributing to technology automation projects to enhance operational transfer pricing infrastructure, including performing User Acceptance Testing and drafting businessfunctional requirement documentation; and Project management associated with business processes or technology including managing timeline, identifying and mitigating key risks assessing impacts and escalating issues to management.br br H.4A Contd Minimum Education Requirement Employer will accept bachelors degree equivalent based on single degree i.e., 4year foreign bachelors degree program, combination of degreescertificates i.e., 3year foreign bachelors degree program 2year foreign masters degree program or 3year foreign bachelors degree program final examination certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or combination of degrees and professional work experience e.g., 3year foreign bachelors degree program 3 or more years of progressive work experience, where determined to be equivalent to U.S. bachelors degree by a qualified credential evaluation service, such as the Trustforte Corporation.br br J.11 Contd Ms. Soman achieved a U.S. Bachelors degree equivalency based on completion of a 3year Bachelor of Commerce degree at Bangalore University in April 2005 and passage of the Final Examination program of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in January 2009.
