Specific Skills

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus six years related experience. Must have demonstrated experience in Executing key construction scheduling processes; Working with Joint Venture partners and subcontractors; Experience preparing summary schedules, maintaining baseline, and execution schedules. Must have at least six years experience in modelling construction work activities using Primavera or comparable software. Must have advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel and proficient skills on Microsoft Visio. Must also have demonstrated the ability to navigate and present construction models using Navisworks. Must have demonstrated ability to provide input to monthly scheduling reports and support change management. Requires full time relocation to project sites up to 80 of the time. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English. All applicants must be able to complete preemployment onboarding requirements if selected which may include anyall of the following criminalcivil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
