Must have four 4 years of experience if Masters or six 6 years of experience if Bachelors facilitating execution on large scale domestic and crossborder MA transactions, including publicprivate mergers and acquisitions, Reverse Morris Trusts, refinancing, capital raise, antiraid defense in the industrials sector; utilizing knowledge of industry dynamics, analytical methodologies, relevant metrics and comparable companies across the industrials sector to prepare analysis and deliver recommendation to client; preparing presentations, marketing materials and offering memoranda for client activity connected to investment advisory services in the industrials sector, including MA, antiraid advisory equity, debt financing and derivative transactions; coordinating with lawyers, accountants, and other financial strategic advisors to facilitate MA and capital market transactions within the industrials sector; using corporate finance concepts and accounting rules standards to develop and review valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparables, and precedent transactions for companies in the industrials sector; presenting to client senior executives and Board of Directors of public and private companies; using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, including detailed logic and finance formulae, data tables, filters, pivot table to reference analyze large quantities of data and facilitate financial modeling; and developing and nurturing relationship with corporate and private equity clients in the industrials sector and serve as daytoday client contact. Must have two 2 years of experience leading transaction processes such as due diligence, transaction structuring, legal documents negotiation and drafting and transaction analysis. FINRA Series 79 license required. Travel required for client marketing meetings and live deal execution. All travel reimbursed by the firm.
